This was an awesome workout; I believe I could've got 345 on bench but my buddy spotted me when I didn't need it and thus fucked it up. I got PRs on my pull-ups, I guess I belong in trees LOL. im gonna be sore tommorrow!
Not flexed and relaxed yet your right hand is clenched and wrist torqued. fail. That's almost, but not quite, on the same level as kbd posting pictures flexing and saying that he's not even flexing.
The "relaxed pose" is anything but relaxed.
Placebo effect at it's finest. The best is yet to come. Can't wait to see how you progress. Best of luck.
