I took the advice of everyone here and upped my weight/lowered my reps. I wanted to hit a whole 5x5 with 275 on flat bench, but I gassed out on the third set (fuuuuuuuuuu-). It was an intense workout (even got a PR) but it was a good reminder that I need to be hittin shit heavy instead of reppin' out. Thanks TID for all the help.

Good to see you are putting up some weight and not doing pull ups for chest. Try doing mixing in some dumbbells instead of the Smith Machine as your next big boy step.
