I'm sure I've reached a plateau in my training and was thinking of trying out drop set s having never tried this seemingly popular method of training. Would TID'ers recommend this form of training based on personal experiences?

This really helped my bench when I first started out, put on the bar in this order (assuming you can bench 215 to start) 5lb, 10lb, 25lb, 45lb, if you can't do 215, leave off the 45's

Do as many reps as you can, works better having someone to strip the weight so you don't have to get up, reset and go again, strip the outside plates and keep on going till you can't lift up your arms from your chest.

I recommend pooping before you do this as you may not be able to reach later in the day.

I love drop sets. They are my favorite way to blast the last set of each exercise. Drop sets when done correctly are extremely beneficial.
