Don't Ignore Your BP

    To some this is nothing new, but for maybe that someone for whatever reason is delaying that jump into the unknown give attention to your body. I had managed to keep my BP under control for years and with in the last few weeks it jumped up and stayed up. 240/120 was recorded on 11 Aug. and after several meds, lisinopril got the BP to a stable 120/60. I had an amazing team of 5 cardiologist, who listened. Whether a seasoned pro or like me a student of the iron, we all have one thing in common.

    Wow man that's insanely high. What the hell caused such a spike?

    That's crazy high . What dosage and compounds? I force myself to do a lot of cardio plus cialas ed.

    Damn, that's higher than mine (212/108) when I was in the county jail and they took me off all medications.
