Has anybody used one? The formal looks like a very good training piece.

Thanks,

Is this the one Mark "Spud" Web makes also? Holds the posture better?

I tried his prototype when I was at the compound this summer. good product. We have been using a knee wrap for this for a year or more. Problem is the wrap has to be on tight which cuts circulation and pinches nerves. So you cant leave it on long. the bow tie can be worn all day

I should have one by next week. I already had one, but it seemed a bit big and didn't provide much support. So I sent it back for the next size down. Which was out of stock. These things have been selling fast.

And it would appear people are doing just that... wearing it all day.

Pulling the shoulders back to help with proper posture and getting yourself to stand correctly. People these days have that slump on their upper back and also have shoulder drawn inward/forward.
