I didn't see the pictures, if it was pre made, it doesn't need special protection. It's the process it takes to get it to that point.
It can be deluded to any consideration. Usually used as a nasal spray. Real pharmaceutical IV solution would be altogether different. But most of what is killing people, is made by someone else trying to pay for his own habits.
