Its easier than owning 2,3 or 4 clothes sizes (been there did that). I don't have E2 problems or the dreaded, "bro you got fat, smaller, are you okay"? The yo-yo also came with all the steroid jabs, questions and such. I don't hear that, have not for many years. Eating low carb, I don't crave and binge and then hate myself.

Well well my fav drug of choice Dto the N and P

I’ve prob used Dnp more then I have tren
Even after my HT I still use it and my blood work is great but for a little low on b12

I try to stay below 8-10% year round
And I do that with ketocarnivor
Or omad
Hell I just fasted for 5 days
Nothing but water and black coffee
And of course supps
