I first hit DNP back in 1999 when the only other user was my source. Learnt by trail and error what works best for me and happy to share what I have learnt.
All I will say is used correctly at under 800mg/ed it is very safe I have run it at a fair bit more than that to see exactly what happens and sure it gets a bit ugly but only crazy people hit more than 1600mg/ed ;-)
Learn how to use it and fall in love with it.
