The best thing I have found with it so far, it seems the older you are, the more you get out of it. Likely due to all the metabolic and mitochodrial damage we have done to ourselves (like using DNP one of the biggest culprits) over the years.
Where are you getting your SLU-PP-332? I've used modernaminos.com, biolabs, and parabolicpeptides.com.Vigorous Steve, Dr. Dean St Mart and I have all added SLU-PP-332 into our mitochondrial health stacks. I literally cannot get fat on this stuff.
It is an exercise mimetic. It is like I am doing cardio while sitting on the couch and it increases my output during cardio and training sessions. I get additional energy, but whether I push harder or not, it doesn't matter. It will still burn more fat.
It turns on GLUT4, so if you take it with meals, it will act like insulin. I have not experienced any hypoglycemic episodes while taking it.
Decreases visceral fat. My DEXA scan showed I have .25 lbs of total visceral fat.
Typically, I will take 250 mcg prior to fasted cardio and 1x with a meal on training days. I use insulin pre and post workout on training days, so I don't take SLU-PP-332 prior to training. On non-training days, I take it prior to fasted cardio and 2x with meals. On my high day, if I have a cheat meal, I will take 250 mcg with my cheat meal. I wake up absolutely shredded.
