That is a good question slinkyfox, maybe I will create a calculator to figure it all out when I get back later this week. Hopefully somebody has done so or knows and can chime in.
i wont log my run but ill add how much weight im losing daily.. still reading heaps im torn between 1 200mg a day or 1 200mg every 16 hours works out to be 300mg daily so i dunno wich to do.

Have you taken DNP before? While saying taking 200, 400 or 600mg sounds great on paper, you will need to see how your body reacts to it. Some people can tolerate higher doses then others. The product you have will also factor into how your body will react. I have 100mg powder DNP caps, @ 500MG I was beyond miserable but I know people who have went as high as 800MG and have been able to tolerate it.
Your dosing will depend on how it actually works on you. 200mg is a low enough dose where the sides will not be that bad, try it at 200mg for a week and then if you feel you can go higher, up it to 300mg. I would not raise the dose more often then 5 days.
