We got nailed with an ice storm that blew up transformers everywhere and will hopefully see her Monday. Thanks All! Guess a low start to see her tolerance. I've obviously never used it.

DMAA is pretty potent, be careful (BP, heart rate, etc.).

If it was me I’d try to google the original Jack3d & see how many mgs that had in it.

A typical starting dose of 1,3-DMAA is in the 10-20mg range and eventually reaching up to 40-60mg a day, there is no actual evidence to support this dosage range but it seems to be the standard dosages range for supplemental 1,3-DMAA on the market

Well I use 60mg as part of pre workout it’s a good “kick” I really would want to venture above 80-100mg for me personally 60-80mg would be the sweet spot

Be careful with this. Unless you have a scale accurate to 1 mg, measuring very small dosing is difficult to do and do consistently. This is not something you want to OD on. Over by 50 mg on raw OX not a problem for single dose. With DMAA, could be a very difficult outcome.

yes.... that's why some sources use microgram scales and pharmaceutical v-mixers to ensure adequate distribution
