I have never been on a formally designed diet... Maybe when I get some cash we can talk.

I actually am really playing into the style of dieting you are explaining for sure

I am huge fan of it but my background comes from food timing, and teaming certain foods together. Not so much different in ideology but structure is totally different

Think of glycogen loading for x days while over training and then cutting back calories while maintain training and cardio to illicit a response hormonally as well as metabolically

Sounds very interesting.

To those guys out there that have not taken control of their diets, and by that I mean eating with purpose, both calories and from a macro standpoint, it is the single most powerful thing you can do for your training. I worked out for many years.....but then finally took control of my food two years ago. In doing so, I am making the best gains of my life.

Sounds like these guys know their stuff.....If you dont know where to begin....by all means get some help! You wont regret it!



Just as a side bar, the graph below represents the impact caloric levels can have on training.

The blue line is my total cals (divided by 10 to fit on the scale). The yellow line is my maintenance calorie level. The pink line is my strength benchmark (I used bench). Notice how closely my strength tracks my food intake. I never realized how powerful this is till I went back and graphed it. But when I did, it was clear as day.

As I said....if you dont know how or have the tools, by all means it is worth it to get someone to plan out your food for you. These guys seem to know their stuff.....

(would love to hear more about timing you were discussing earlier....I too am a big believer with manipulating food levels and 'priming' the body to grow)

Cool stuff for sure, dietics/nutrition/longevity are the things I am most interested in and like the OP have spent many years studying it. Some of the stuff blows your mind when you realise it for the first time haha.

What to start bulking. I got my ass ripped open for wanting to run a cycle at 175lbs. So i decided to bulk natty first and get up to 200lbs before i even ask on cycles. Otherwise my ass will hurt again...lol

Here is a sample of my daily diet:

Diet:
Breakfast: 4 whole eggs, 1 cup dry oats, 1 protein shake with 12oz whole milk.
Between Breakfast/Lunch: 2 eggs, 1 can tuna, 1/4 cup peanut butter 1 protein shake.
Lunch: 2 4oz chicken breast, 2 eggs, 12oz whole milk, 1/4 cup pea's.
Between Lunch/Dinner: 4 waffles, 2 tbsp syrup, 1/4 cup peanut butter, 1 protein shake.
Dinner: 4 eggs, 1/4 cup peanut butter, 1 can tuna, 1/4 cup green beans, 12oz whole milk.
Before Bed: 1 cup dry oats, 2 tbsp peanut butter, 1 can tuna, 1 protein shake with 12oz whole milk.

Have at it guys. I have just read things and kinda put together a diet. And from what i hear its shit.

And my stats:
