I followed the following diet every day: Meal #1 6.4oz chicken, 40g oatmeal, 100g raspberries, 50g blackberries Meal #2 6.4oz chicken, 270g apple, 10g almond butter Meal #3 6.4 oz chicken, 75g avacodo, 6oz cucumbers Meal #4 6.4 oz chicken, 75g avacodo, 6oz cucumbers Meal #5 8.5 oz cod, 28g walnuts, Meal#6 6.4 oz chicken , 75g avacodo. 100g spinach, 4oz cucumbers Should I change anything? Can I go right in my contest diet from my coach? I want to see if any water falls off.
