You really need to worry about Vitamin A toxicity though with that.

I guess it could be a concern if the stated 53,000IU is correct for beef liver, as retinol is stored in the liver. Toxicity tends to occur from taking large doses over extended periods of time (research points to anywhere up to several years).
To bypass the risk of any toxicity you could take certain specific carotenoids instead, such as Beta Caratene; these convert into Vitamin A in the body and do not have the same risks as pre-formed retinol and/or Vitamin A derivatives.
