Laws are pretty simple here in Maine you can either sell your flowers to a dispensary or you can obtain the permits for caregiver/grower and just grow for folks that don't have the space for gardens and call em up when its ready to go home.

I don't think you would have any problem driving around the USA with it.
Not sure about flying with it to a state that it's technically illegal in.
Never tried the real deal but hear it's above and beyond the hemp derived Delta-9.

It is against Federal law so I wouldn't travel with it even though I know a guy that travels with his vape pens frequently. I don't partake in it nor would I have the balls to travel with it at least flying, but with my luck no matter how I'd get stopped and become ward of the state or Feds, lol.

I know this post is old but the thread is revived. I avoid pens because in some states, mine in particular, it can be a felony. Edibles only for me.
