ideadlift once every 7 days.my routine goes like this.Warmup 135x12,225x12,315x10,405x8,465x5,485x3,Then i will do 3sets of partials out of the rack just below the knee,,4x6 heavy rows,and finish with 4 sets of shrugs
thanks guys,how come westsideguys do ggodmornings for say 4 weeks and only deadlift once a month but yet there deadlift totals are amazzing.Should i keep doing rows and trap work,just dont want to overtrain.
