ole wolfie ran a 10k sunday -- did very well (54min 12 sec)

3 hours later both hammies went full lock down

besides rest and ice

what else can be done?

never had a hammie injury --and im telling u this shit sucks ---esp sitting

I read 6 to 8 weeks to recover-- wtf

im thinking of jabbing tb500 and some gh ---

any thoughts

What do you mean when you say hammies in lock down? did you actually injure them or do you need them to be massaged?

If you had suffered an injury, wouldn't you have noticed during the race and not 3 hours later? I'm confused.

Sounds like they both cramped after the race when he sat down on the rocking chair on his front porch drinking his moonshine.

I think bidets ought to be used in the US. I can't easily wipe my ass even when my hammies aren't tight!

your just locked up all u need is rest..I tore mine once doing sprints and had to walk home very far with what felt like a blow torch on my ass

Have you tried a hefty dose of taurine and/or levocarnitine? Also, pound electrolytes.

I currently have bi-laterally torn hamstring it is a motherfucker, if you just cramped up you are lucky of you had torn them you will hear a loud snap I have torn BOTH of mone at different times in the last couple years.
Don't do that.
Just chill and do light movement for a week or so
