WORKOUT
sets not including warm ups at about 80% .

bench press 75kg x3 for 14,11,8 (5 weeks ago 65kg for 10 reps)
Dumbbell Fly's 16kg x 3 for 11,10,8 (5 weeks ago 10kg for 15 reps)
Incline Dumbbell Press 24kg x 3 for 18,15,13 (5 weeks ago 17kg for 10 reps)

Squats.
Only just started doing these so i,m working up in weight each workout till I get to about 100kg then that will be heavy for me I think at the moment (because I always do to much to begin with on squats and can't walk for days).

75kg x 3 sets of 20 reps (probably could of done 25 or more though)

Will be eating a tub of quark with honey later and a whey drink.

That's my day folks.

I'm in on this one. Your food choices remind me allot of mine. I don't have much to offer other than cheering you on....... and watching to make sure I lift more than you :)

Why do you add the milk powder to the milk? More nutrients with less sugar? Just curious brother, I've never seen that before.
