Seemed like the perfect day to start a log!
just coming off a few weeks off. Had some lipomas removed had to take 2wks off and a wk vacation right after!
Now it’s back to the grind.
Squats 55x10 145x10,10,10,10
Laying Leg Curls 55x10 65x10,10,10
Leg Extensions 100x12,12,12,12
Assisted Grey Band Pull Ups 4x15
Calf Raises BW 4x20. Therapy double leg one with a ball pinch in the heels.
supposed to strengthen the foot arch and build a more stable base for heavy squats coming soon
