Nice I am doing this now... Eating steak and eggs for breakfast ... Chicken and a half avacado for 3-4 meals 10oz sirloin with greens and feta olive and avocado for dinner... With a pwo and sometimes a pre bed shake of isolyze vanilla pb which is carb free. Also got some Julien bakery paleo bread 1 g net carb per slice
Lovin me the CKD. For me easy way to loose belly fat and love handles. However it still gets harder-more difficult to do as we get older.
Regardless of what reason I gain weight which happens from time to time I always go back to low carb diet for quick weight loss. It just works.
Thats gross, everyone knows you should be swapping the BK for the baconator at wendys
