Sept 23 - Carb up day
I went wild on the food tonight
Took my daughter to PF Chang's. I accidentally ate an appetizer and two entrees. Oops. Gonna pee on a keto stick tonight. If it comes up negative for ketones, I'm going to skip the carb up tomorrow and go straight back on the diet tomorrow.
