what area do you find most effective for sub-q of your body? I tend to switch around from my in the Deltoid and abdominal. When I administer in the squads I get a lump for a few days so I dont use that anymore.

Midsection only for me. I found when your bodyfat gets too low it is extremely difficult to hit anywhere else without getting a lump.

cool thanks bro. The PIP in low fat areas for me tend to linger longer. I haven't been able to gauge between the fat and lean areas to see which area has faster results.
