Cutting 6 weeks out from show

im about 6 weeks out from a show i have been dieting decently, i am pretty ripped already any suggestions on how to tear these last 6 weeks up, diet/cardio/supps/gear?

Im not a competitor however there are several competitive bodybuilders here who could help you with these questions. What is your current bodyfat % and what supps do you currently use?

Shit man, everyone is different in that regard. For my first show I had to cut out all carbs and eventually most of my fats and increase cardio to 2 hours per day to get shredded. Now that I have more muscle I can do less cardio, keep in carbs, and come in looking much bigger and actually leaner. It depends on where you are and where you've been. Also depends on what you've taken to date, what you haven't taken, how much cardio you're currrently doing, carb intake, fat intake, body type...

Basically get a trainer :)
