Tommyguns, stick with mature highland scotch, far less smoky and less peat flavor if you try another scotch but i get it. We like what we like.

Heady, Laphroaig is my #2. again I like the less mature scotches. around 10 years. More bite, more rounded flavors from all parts of the scotch. Now 5 year stuff is like drinking gasoline normally.

Oh yeah, Monkey Shoulders is a blended scotch that is very friendly to those who are not normally scotch drinkers.

I did but a bottle of buffalo trace last I went to the liquor store. It will last me 6 months but when I have a craving for sweet bourbon. It is really good for the $.

If I’m not trying one of the Irish Whiskeys at my wife’s bar I’m drinking Bacardi and Coke. Lol. Just hits me better than anything else. Never a hangover. Even when it’s way too much.

Welp I cracked it open. And it’s delicious!! 5 stars!! Thicker consistency than your average stout. Good mouth feel. You get awesome notes of coffee, chocolate, whiskey and even some vanilla. So good!

I gave up drinking in 2019.

Over the years I drank my share and a few other peoples' shares too. I was a semi-professional for a while.

I would twist the cap off of the 750ml of Evan Williams and chuckle as it skated across the garage floor into the pile of other Evan William's bottle caps. I wouldn't be needing that cap again. When the bottle is empty I would just go to bed.

Last night, went with the wife to a high end restaurant of which my good friend is the head chef for our anniversary, #31. My wife does not drink but he had a bottle of Stag's Leap cask 23 to us. It is a $250 a bottle of wine.

Not a wine drinker normally but this stuff was tasty and I killed the bottle over our 5 courses.

Wife definitely had to drive home.

No way. I put it in the fridge till it was around 55. Essentially sipped it over 4 hours. It was so good. I have some others from 2017 and 2018. And you’re welcome!
