I never write anything down. I do whatever I feel like doing. I know how and when to flip the switch.
However, sometimes I'm interested in looking back on what I did.

Everything is timed. ranges from 15-30 seconds on and 30-60 seconds rest. 1-3 min rest between exercises.

Flat DB Bench.

@IronSoul Hey buddy! haven't done any cf style of workouts in probably 4 or 5 years now. All BB with some strength mixed in now and again. How's everything going with you man!?

Good deal, I wasn’t sure. I know you’ve put on a lot of lean muscle over the past few years and had gotten more into BB. I’m doing well brother, adjusting to some life changes but all will be good in time. Good to be back on here and back in the gym.

@IronSoul thanks man. Yeah bodybuilding is the way to go for me. Did it from 20-24 years old but stopped for 4 years. Got burnt out I guess. So being back now and not burnt out feels really good. Just been bouncing between 200 and 215 lbs. I'm being a bitch and on the fence. I need to nut up and eat more to hit 220+ or cut and do a show. Still haven't made up my mind lol both sound shitty. We're friends on IG right?
