Sadly no. The Iron Den has a very strict policy that the members be good at more than exercising.

Well that was probably the quickest ban i ever seen. I think it's a good TID policy to ban for even mentioning crossfit

I'll be attending the crotchlick open instead. Unfortunatey they fall on the same day. Darn it all to heck

Crossfit is fantastic though...... but only for women, and only because they end up hot as shit working out like that. It really is breaking the stereotypes for lifting making women bulky.

For men though, it's nearly as wussy as the men's physique contests where nobody squats and they get to compete in shorts.
