Creeping death

Has anyone ever used John meadows creeping death program ? Can you offer some insight into this vs warlock, Odin ETC? I used to have a mountain dog account and I used a lot of the workouts and principles in my own programming.. supramax pump, occlusion, partials etc but curious how this strings it all together.. does he use mesocycles?

Heard lots of good things about Meadow's programming but have never seen any of it posted. I haven't really looked though.
