There is no such thing as a creatine cycle. There is no reason to stop taking it.

It's one of the only supplements that actually works.

Get some creatine monohydrate. Dissolve it in some warm drink. 5 grams daily.

It will cause the muscle belly to hold more fluid making you look bigger pretty quick. But that's not the only thing it does. You will notice that weights you used to hit for sets of 10 you can hit for 15 now.

Give it a try.
Warm drink, would coffee be ok?

Creatine always tore my stomach up. I did get ahold of aome orange flavored effervescent creantine once, it was fine. I wont ever use that crap again.

my experience with creatine is yes it works ..it will add a few reps to your lifts but it will also add water and bloat.I get the bloat in the face..as pob said its one of the only sups the really work

You have to use ethyl ester. No bloat.........................for me anyhow.
