Hey everyone. Its been about a year and a half since i was last on here. Long story short, i fell off the band wagon and my 40lbs back due to working away from home. Good news; im back in the gym and struggling HARD to get my nutrition right. So if you dont mind ill need alot of support helping me to get back on track. Ill stop by and post later about my goals.
