Well if it's any indication my BP is down to 127/74. I'll know more after a few days. Anybody with a genetic disposition to hypertension understands how close you have to watch it with AAS and the diets that go with weightliftingJust started it today but have heard nothing but good reviews. Haven't seen anything remotely negative about it so I think it's very promising. Get a 4 month supply for around $30 at Walmart.
Its cumulative and you need to be on it for a while to notice the benefits. I have been on for about 6 months or more. BP was if I remember 137/90 is and after 6 month was 117/79.BP been running 130-140 systolic and 80-90 diastolic. Started Qunol Coq10. Anybody else use it. My BP will go down with weight loss but heard good things about this supplement
Oh Lord no buddy. It's not the Holy Grail treatment for hypertension. In conjunction with cardio, strength training, and of course a healthy diet I find it beneficial.I am not discounting it as beneficial, but how much weight have you lost now since you started using it? How much cardio have you been doing? Has this increased recently? I am just looking at the compounding variables in your case. I would assume someone who had high BP, not dieting or doing any cardio would not see anywhere close to your results.
