So, since i have not really been doing anything groundbreaking in the peptide arena lately, i decided to log my last 39-40 days into my show. I am going to list out everything that any of you request. I need to make some disclaimers though, in my country hormones and growth hormone are illegal so any discussion centering around them will be purely hypothetical.

Lets break this log down, i will cover the following:
1 - training
2 - nutrition
3 - supplementation
4 - hypothetical super supps
5 - peptides/gh

Please let me know if there is anything else that any of you want to know!

I am 39 days out right now, still holding steady at 216 and around 6-7% bodyfat for the moment.

What's a typical days diet look like? What's the macronutrient breakdown at the end of the day?

subscribed!! I have a question..... In your early yrs of training, did you have to bulk up? how about now, do you still use bulk up approach in offseason? I remember you mentioned being around 240 range not too long ago, and you seem like you're past the genetic set point(naturally). what was the most you weighed pre-GH/peptide? I'm starting to look into the world of peptide and only peptide I tried is igf-lr3 and MGF.

Training -
In the offseason i normally do something like DC or a basic bodypart split that allows me to hit the gym hard 3 days (non-consecutive) per week and then rest and grow.

This is my split now, and i am doing more volume than i normally do because my strength is not really holding very well.

Mon - chest/abs/calves
tues - back
wed - legs/abs/calves
thurs - arms
fri - shoulder/abs/calves

As for cardio i started at 30 min fasted in the am and then we have increased to 45 fasted in the am and 15 min post workout. I try to time any gh i would hypothetically be taking around the cardio to maximize the fat loss from the gh.

A typical chest day looks something like this:
incline smith press
135*15, 225*15, 315*15,12,10
Flat db fly
50*15, 60*15, 75*8, 6
Incline Hammer press
2pps*15, 3pps*15, 4.5 plates per side * 15,12,10
Cables
i do 3 sets not worrying so much about the weight, normally just hang at 50 or so.

I have a torn pec so none of these weights will be very impressive

I will list out 1 day in the nutrition section. Its about 3400 calories on average, there is one high day, 3 moderate and 3 low days. 50 grams of carb separates each category. My current high day is around 3400 calories and is something like 480 protein, 264 carbs, 53 fat.

I was adding in some evoo at night ebcause i dropped weight pretty quickly, which was fat so i was happy with that. I will; post some pics up tomorrow also.

There are tradeoffs in dieting, i love to eat so i opted to do more cardio but be able to eat more, some people would rather eat less and do less cardio. I can watch movies while my ass walks on the treadmill but hunger pains kill me=-)

Myo, this requires some history. Before my rec drug habit a few years ago and my pec tear i was low 250's with abs, prob around 12%. I took what i consider a lot of hormones. I hit that size pretty quickly and easily. i respond well to gear and to get to 240 this time around(just like 2 months ago...i will post pics tomorrow), i never went hypothetically above 600 test, 200 deca and 25mg proviron. Peptides make a huhge difference and so does gh iimo.
