You guys are killing me as to not getting sore. Maybe the nerve connectivity is structured different.
As I mentioned before, volume will play a big role. If you are using low volume, you might not get as sore. If you are using HIT with that low volume, you're more likely to be sore, since it adds TUT.
So many variables, it's always hard to tell without having more info. In OP's case, his volume is pretty damn high. I would be sore as shit every workout with that regiment.
