So yeah... Competed raw for the first time in 2 1/2 years yesterday to qualify for the raw worlds... Did a 1745 by co-efficient and won best lifter as well as my class... Knees are killing me today...

My buddy's girl took vids, she hasnt given em to me yet... My first all raw meet in about 2 1/2 years- mid 600s squat and dead, mid 400s bench... Puts me in the top 25 US rankings...

Dayum son! Numbers are impressive. What exactly does a 'raw' meet entail? Wraps and 4" unpadded belt are allowed, right?

Yup, just wraps and belt... Ive got 5 screws in my knees- never thought Id ever squat in the 600s raw to competition depth...

Wish I had seen this post sooner. Growinboy what were your lift poundages? Thats some pretty nice numbers, especially raw.
