Questions if I have been running 25 mg of var the last 12 weeks should I taper off of cold turkey it? My hair is falling out horribly. I think for many different reasons. But, the gear definitely doesn't help. Which would be better considering I don't want my hormones to freak out. I don't think I can pull the JI Jane look. :)

I always just come off, cold turkey. Hasn't caused a problem for me. Anavar isn't known for hair loss, how long has this been going on?

Couple comments:

- do you know for sure that your anavar is actually anavar? Sometimes winstrol gets substituted for it if you have an iffy source. Winstrol & primo are very rough on hair, but primo is too expensive to be the substituted compound. As noted above, var isn't a DHT derivative like win & primo so isn't brutal on hair like they are.

- You don't need to taper down. All AAS just attenuate at the rate of their half-life. So it's sort of naturally "tapering off" by itself. For var, it will be 3 weeks of "taper off" until it reaches it's detection time (i.e. when you can no longer detect it in the system & is, for practical purposes, gone.)
