You lose a double on at C1-C2 as well. Changes the flexibility and angle there. There is some guy on youtube that does some modeling. Saw him do a demonstration a couple years ago. My group collaborates with modelers. Whether it's real or not is hard to tell without more info but neat to use. Very useful sometimes. In our world it seems, through direct interaction and conversion and God knows what else Mast seems to act more like a SERM and Primo more like an AI, although Mast seems to do both.Exactly what happened. Var (just 10 mg) takes me to about 20 HDL.
Now I have to run the other part of the experiment and see how each (Mast or Primo) affects E2 with HRT. Interesting how just moving the methyl group over from C1 (primo) to C2 (mast) on the DHT base makes such a difference.
