I think there's nothing more motivating than seeing people accomplishing amazing things in spite of their age. The mental idea that you're a certain age can be one of the most limiting factors in your life. The idea that it doesn't matter or that you can blow past it, is so incredibly empowering. The only thing is just that hopefully by the time you've hit "that age", you've also learned enough to know to look for the "smart" way and not the "brute force" way to do things. We hope we are exchanging experience for youth to avoid the things we can't readily recover from anymore!
