I 've been having the same thing for a few days and I lifted today but skipped cardio.. I agree with these guys depends on how bad you feel during all of it..
The flu I had over the holidays had me bed ridden! However, with normal colds like your symtoms seem to be TG, I get in/out fast! I superset like a freak to the point of burnout, get a good sweat going, and haul ass! I might even squeeze in a second muscle group, as getting worked up sometimes temporarily subsides my symptoms. Hope you feel better soon.
