Hard to say, I didn't see any information on the interactions of clenbuterol and Lyrica, klonopin.
I highly doubt it would make clen less effective, question is whether the side affects would be tolerable with the clen and those drugs combined.
You would have to do a search on Albuterol which is similar to clen .

Clenbuterol is a β2 adrenergic agonist with some similarities to ephedrine, ... This means that it is a bronchodilator and tocolytic albuterol is classified as a short-acting β2-adrenergic receptor agonist , tocolytic as well.
the clen can increase the anxiety , heart rate if your dose gets to high.
The link above showing no major warnings between lyrica and albuterol.
My advice to you is to stay with a very low dose till you know how the three drugs are going to interact on your system. (biochemical individuality)
IF you have anxiety or sleeping disorders you may be better off going with a short-acting β2-adrenergic receptor agonist like albuterol that is out of your system fast without that ridiculous long half life like Clenbuterol.
