Clen/t3 combo

I have ran clen in the past be for but they were pills never liquid,I have never ran t3. now i want to run the combo the clen is dose at 200mg and the t3 is at 100mg i am looking to buy this, this friday. and i will never run clen at 200mg fuck that. i would like to know the proper way to run this combo so any suggestions on how to run this would be great.

I usually run 25mcg of T3 (personally I don't use more unless running test), and and 125mcg of clen with 1mg of ketotifen ED (before bed) for 6wks. Got to get diet right too and train hard but works well.

I run Clen and t3 many times throughout the year but i always run test with the t3,that said i have a high tolerance so i take clen up to 200mcg but for alot of people that is to much. I run the clen usually for the 2 week on/2 week off schedule starting off at around 30mcg's and quickly ramping up to 200mcg's,t3 i usually start at 30mcg's and ramp up to around 100mcg's and then back down mid cycle. Thats generally what i do but everyone is different so you will need to find out what works,do go slow on the clen at first though,not everyone can do 200mcg's of that stuff without feeling really crappy.

The two weeks on/two weeks off protocol for clen is typically what you follow unless you're running the ketotifen with it, which operates to prevent the receptors from downgrading.

What I've done to find the correct dose of clen is to ramp it up and hold for several days and evaluate the sides. For example, start at 50mcg and stick there for 3-4 days. If you feel OK, then up it to 75mcg and hold again for several days (to allow for the relatively long half-life). Keep going up until the sides get uncomfortable and then back down and hold.

Also got run the taurine to prevent those aweful clen cramps. A couple times in the middle of the night my calves or hammies would seize and it'd take me awhile to get back to sleep, LOL.

so let me see if I got this right Not sure what you are looking for here below??? But if you are wondering about the dosage, then yes start there, don't go above 25mcg for the t/3, and take the clen up slowly.
