yikes, both of them are very weak for fat burning. CLA is more of a health product and won't deliver much especially when you consider the cost of it. Carnitine is said by some to work, but the liquid version was used, but even then, for what it costs, no way is it worth the money they ask for it.

They can both aide in fat burning. They are great anti oxidants.

the stuff is safe, no worries about that. Start with 8mg with 100-200mg of caffeine. Do that 2-3 times a day, then ramp up the ephedrine to 24mg with each caffeine dose. I rarely go over 2 ephedrine doses.

Adding yohimbe makes this so much stronger, tyrosine as well.

Get your shit at smartpowders.com, look under the smartpowders brand and save like you never thought possible, nobody touches these guys.

More money for more gear!

High amounts of fish oil seem to have good results. I've read higher amounts of CLA does have benefits towards weight loss but havent tried myself to say from experience.

yeah, that's because they were dieting the whole time, the weight/fat slowly came off, then they associate the results with the cla.

Complete waste of money.

L-carnitine works. And it is dirt cheap.

I eat beef at least once a day. Not worried about cla, ever.
