Fell off of posting on here, but I'm still keeping busy.

9/16 - Zone 2 run in the morning, grip work in the evening (block weight timed holds).

9/17 - Group workout in the morning. 110 push-ups, 110 sandbag curls (~45#), 110 four count scissor kicks, ~2 miles run. Played with my steel mace in the evening.

lol ... daily attendance not taken here, but your training is somewhat different, and interesting as well.
Looking forward to when you do update.

9/29/24 - Ran a local 10k. Not my fastest time but not my worst, good day despite the rain.

9/30/24 - Yoga and some walking, taking it easy.

10/1/24 - Group workout in the AM. Total work - 2 miles ran, 101 burpees, 240 reps of 8 different bodyweight exercises. Knocking out some pull-ups and mace casts tonight.

10/2 - HIIT on the exercise bike in the morning. Turkish get ups will be done this evening.

I didn't do my Turkish get ups last night. I ate cookies instead. That's why I suck and need to train more.

10/3 - Group workout this morning, fairly light but needed it to be as I am still a bit beat up. Pull ups and steel mace work tonight.

10/7 - Clean and press density training, 125#, 12 singles in 21 minutes. Felt good. Pull-ups 6/5/4. Got sick in the afternoon, volcano from both ends.

10/8 - Sick day. Actually missed work.

10/9 - Felt better. 30 minute Zone 2 run to sweat some funk out. Nothing serious. Felt much better after, back to work and by the evening I was good to go.

10/10 - Led the workout for the F3 group this morning. 1-10-1 pyramid of 8 count bodybuilders, air squats, and forward lunges per leg. After each step of the ladder, 10 side straddle hops. Total time - 38 minutes. Total work - 100 8 count bodybuilders, 100 air squats, 100 forward lunges per leg, 190 side straddle hops (200 with the 10 I did as part of the warm up). Honest day's work. Pull ups and steel mace work in the evening.
