my friends at the gym and at work have been calling me chuckzilla for years. deadlift pr yesterday, 415 for 2 after a set of 315 to failure. off work today so i am getting two workouts today. back in the a.m. going in about an hour for bicep.

incline bench press going good so far. hopefully i will have more upper chest to help with flat bench. thank you everyone for the welcome.

did flat bench today after doing incline for a couple weeks. a new wieght pr and a new rep pr with 225#.

Not bad, just getting back into the groove after getting my left shoulder rehabbed after a rotator injury.
