My cousin ended up in the hospital a few days ago after having chest tightness and pain for two days that would not go away. He went to the ER and had blood work and a stress test done which both came back negative. He's going to a gastroenterologist next to see what he thinks. He's been home for a week now in bed. He didn't tell the doc that he's been on 600mg/week of test-e and 400mg/week of tren-e for the past 3-4 weeks. He's done this cycle probably 10x before without having a single side effect of any kind so doesn't think it's from this. The only thing new is that he added in MP's (ManPower) cabergoline two weeks prior to the pain starting. He was taking 500mcg (1 tablet) twice per week and has since stopped. Has anyone ever had this type of reaction from cabergoline (ie, Dostinex/Cabaser)? Any other thoughts?

About two years ago I posted a thread saying that I thought MP's caber was actually viagra, or at least was laced with it to give people the feeling that it was doing something. I took it myself back then and it had the same effect and side effects (stuffy nose, blood shot eyes, headache, warm face, etc..) as viagra. I've also taken pharm grade cabergoline from Aurapharm at twice the dose (1mg) and felt nothing. I really think something is up with MP's stuff (yes, I know they are gone now). I asked him what he felt after he took the pill the four times he did it and he texted me "Every time I took them I would get like a hot sensation run up my neck through my face into my head n would have like a pressure feeling in my face". As far as I know, these are not cabergoline side effects. Can viagra cause the chest pain and tightness he experienced?

Holy crap nychris, hope he gets well soon. As for MP, the only thing I've used from them was their ECA caps which were severely under-dosed.

Tren can cause it as well. Might be reflux from whatever the caber was cut with.

I forget exactly what he said, but he mentioned something about reflux which is why he's going to the gastro to get checked out. Can you please elaborate on what it could be cut with? Are you talking about filler in the tablets?

MP was all capsule IIRC. The active ingredient (cabergoline) or inert stuff (whatever vehicle he mixed down the product in) could cause reflux. Some of the liquid research chems caused me bad reflux as do many oral steroids.

I had this also and turned out to be acid reflux. I had severe pain in my chest and lower cavity and it lasted for a few weeks until i had found something that work for it, it had me almost thinking it was a liver issue or gall bladder issue. My insurance don't cover nexium but it the only thing that works for me, the generic option doesn't. I wish your cousin the best and i hope he gets better soon.

^^this. I've done several tren cycles but this last one one has killed my chest and given me horrible heartburn and acid reflux. I know it's the tren cause when I stop the tren it all goes away. No amount of antacid or Prilosec helped either. Not to say MP's stuff was legit by anymeans, I nearly died taking what I thought was clen from them. Every pin of tren though I would feel like a knife was being plunged through my chest at the sternum. Sadly I've had to eliminate tren from my cycle.

I think you guys might be right about the tren. I spoke to my cousin and after 2 weeks of not using anymore the pain started to subside. The half life of tren-e is 14 days. After 3 weeks he's better but not 100%. He did see a gastroenterologist who thinks the issue might be a gastro problem still and has ruled out any heart issues. He never told the doc what he was doing, though. That's all I know right now, but I'll update this when there's a resolution.

I still seriously doubt the legitimacy of MP's cabergoline, but it's obvious at this point it didn't cause this problem.

It's so odd how people can use tren a few times and be fine, but then you start up another cycle one day and the sides kick in. I told him not to use it anymore, it's not worth the risk.

Rockshawn, how long before the sides completely went away after you stopped using? Are you saying that your chest hurt during the injections? I've never heard of that.

Do you have to take Nexium 24/7 now year round or do you know exactly what caused it?

I was on tren e and even after lowering my dose to 300mg a week it took a week for the symptoms to subside. Then I thought I'd try ace and see if it did the same thing (all my previous experience with tren has been ace, this was the first time to use tren e so I thought that might have something to do with it) just a short time after tren ace injections I would start to get a tight feeling in the sternum and feel heartburn symptoms. So usually the night after an ace injection was the worst. I actually quit ace after inject Monday and have been heartburn free. I can't explain why though.

Some have said EQ does that to them, but I'm still in EQ and not having symptoms.

FYI, I wanted to provide an update on this. It turns out that his chest pain was caused by a bad gall bladder. The doc told him that a normally functioning gall bladder operated at 45% while a bad one was around 30%.....his was 2% which he said was the worst he's seen in 30 years, lol. He's having it removed tomorrow.

Had mine yanked in August last year. Not a bad surgery any more, mine was done on Thursday, I was on a plane to ABQ for work Sunday. He will have to make a few dietary changes but should be fine!

I'm on Nexium due to a hiatal hernia. Which aided in developing GERD. If you want I can share the information. I was to try a newer med called Kapidex (sp) but my insurance didn't cover it. Happy to have Nexium covered though. Spendy...well..that and an employee discount doesn't hurt either.

On another note...I haven't used Tren-E but I had weird heart palps with Anavar. Each time I stopped the palps went away. Tried it a few times experiencing the same results. Decided it's not worth the headache..heart ache that is! I've stopped that years ago and not willing or curious enough to try it again.

Keep us updated on his progress.
