You look huge for 185 goes to prove scale weight don't mean shit. Im no expert but id say single digit bodyfat for sure. In layman terms you look fucking good

Ive been eating everything i want HOWEVER staying with lower calories, i dont pay attention to sodium or carbs, its mostly protein and calories im concerned about, my carb intake is decently high, about 400g of carbs a day and 200g of protein a day, consuming about 2700-3000 calories a day eating whatever i want.

Todays meals so far:

1. Pop tart (400 calories did u know that lol), 4 eggs, 2 bananas and a protein shake
2. 3 Microwavable chicken strips (150 calories each) with a banana and a glass of water.

(Just woke up 3 hrs ago lol)

Im wondering why I look so dry, ive never gotten this lean and ate everything ive ever wanted Im beginning to think since I eat about 7 bananas a day that the potassium is lowering water retention?

Test 600mg a week
Dbol 25mg day
Winny 50mg day
Proviron 150mg everyday (using for more anti estrogen purposes)
