Hi there, Ive been lurking around for a while, finally gonna make a log and see if I can keep it goin for a while...Im interested in lifting big weights, getting halp, and helping others if needed!
---have a torn right meniscus atm so squatting for the most part is out of the picture--still doing very light practice / leg work
Most recent maxes are:
635 deadlift
335 paused bench
275 military press
Im around 6'1 / 305lbs atm, looking to drop around 30-50 this year if stuff goes well, also looking to hit a 700DL / 405bench / 315military.
Usually record each WO to track progress / technique!
Starting the 3rd week of 5/3/1 cycle 4 tomorrow........may be going for some new maxes if feeling good.
