Hi there, Ive been lurking around for a while, finally gonna make a log and see if I can keep it goin for a while...Im interested in lifting big weights, getting halp, and helping others if needed!
---have a torn right meniscus atm so squatting for the most part is out of the picture--still doing very light practice / leg work
Most recent maxes are:
635 deadlift
335 paused bench
275 military press

Im around 6'1 / 305lbs atm, looking to drop around 30-50 this year if stuff goes well, also looking to hit a 700DL / 405bench / 315military.
Usually record each WO to track progress / technique!
Starting the 3rd week of 5/3/1 cycle 4 tomorrow........may be going for some new maxes if feeling good.

Will definitely get it next time around! Was a little drained since failing 2 before that with heavier wt :/

95x25 / 45x50 / 45x50 ---bloodflow work towards end, pec felt a little tight

pullup singles + few assisted

How the **** did I miss this beauty of a log????????????????? Looking forward to get this steam engine running.

Off the bat - get a hand off for the bench. You'll be able to stay in position with your shoulder blades back and down. You would have locked out that last bench attempt had you. Sucks to ask sometimes if all you have are idiots at your gym, but find the least stupid one. Preferably someone with sleeves on their shirt.

Good luck with that, if you train at 5pm they're normall ALL stupid.
