Chasing numbers and getting close to goals for this year, progress has gone extremely well gonna hit my 600+ dead lift no problem and I can feel that 500 pound sqwat coming this or next month! Bench needs more improvement, goal is 365. At 325 and 340 with a sling shot on. 215raw 6'4" 10.5%bf age 23 :weightlift:

I see your using a slingshot are you training to use a bench shirt? The slingshot is only good if the top half of your bench is weak.

No, going for raw. Using it for traning the top end to make more of an overload, so I can handle more weight eventually.... Or so the hope is lol.

5x5 3x3 what feels right that day, and it's a mix of west barbell plan and the cubed method where I train squats deads and bench each twice a week were ones a power "5x5-3x3" and the next training session is high rep 8 to 12 rep range. Something like that lol
