I use 1.5 ml a day.This is something I never thought of but it makes total sense. Any idea how many milligrams your dose is?
I have used CBD to help people when they OD on edibles & it’s an instant fix. I’ve read using CBD in conjunction with RSO for cancer fighting is good money but never heard of it used in muscle recovery! I fuck with the idea heavy though
I've had to live with chronic back pain since I injured myself coming off (well, being thrown off) the mechanical bull at Gilley's back in my Urban Cowboy days. Lifting weights, of course, exacerbates that pain. Beginning last year, though, I started treating myself to a CBD gummy after dinner each night. It mitigates my back pain as well as all the other muscle/joint pains that come from bodybuilding at 68.Does anyone else use CBD oil for recovery purposes? I started taking 1.5 cc’s split into a morning and night capsule a few weeks ago and I’ve noticed an appreciable difference in the lifting related dings and tweaks. They heal up much faster.
Anyone else using it similarly?
