Recomp is visible. How do you feel — tighter tone, harder?

At the risk of sounding like I’m exaggerating, I genuinely feel and look significantly better already in just 2 weeks. I was already on the var and gh and trt since early December, so the changes are pretty much entirely from the diet. I haven’t changed my workouts at all either. I’m impressed by the recomp and by the lack of stomach irritation. No cramping or bubblegut or pain of any sort. It’s nice.

I’m not bodybuilder by any means, but this is as good as I’ve looked in a long time. I’ve been bigger and stronger, but I feel good and look healthy. Appreciate the impetus TB.

SAD,
If you haven’t yet, adding in now some IF (intermittent fasting) will boost your recomp (and overall health) to the next level.
If you feel it’s a bit premature to do so, just keep it in mind as the next addition to your experiment. Your body will signal both your physical and your mind when your system is ready for it.

Last meal yesterday were the steaks and shrimp around 8:30. Waited until 3:30 today to eat. 19hr fast and now I’m going to go hard for about 5 hours and then repeat (if I don’t wake up wicked hungry or have stomach issues from this). I felt good today during my fast. Good workout. Good focus. No issues. The hunger was there but not crushing and didn’t affect anything else so I just rode it out.

“Dinner” is sitting out waiting to be room temp so I can reverse sear it. I’ll get it down before 9p, along with these dozen eggs, 10oz short rib, 8oz sausage, 6 strips of bacon chopped, and 3 grass fed organic hotdogs (zero sugar, just beef).
