carb cycling

what are ur thoughts about carb cycling diet? i usually cut off carbs at 2 pm when im on non training days but when im on training days i just eat carbs all day long.
training days:
monday tuseday thursday friday
off training days
wednesday saturday sunday these are the days i cut carbs at midday
what do u think about that guys.thanks

I'm a HUGE fan of carb cycling. I also don't just cycle my carbs. I also cycle my protein and fats as well. Been doing my diet this way for around 8yrs.

As to how many high days you should have, that depends on your body and your goals. You def should have your high days on back and legs since they are the most taxing (or should be b/c you should be deadlifting and squatting). The other days you may want them to be high or med days. Your off days should be low days.

so it looks good for what im doing except that i have to go a bit lower on normal workoout days witch dosent have deadlifts squats and back
