yeah, you got that right haha. Even you, I'd love to be 350lbs and benching 430. I'm only 160lbs and benching 130 tops, I've only been bodybuilding for a little over a year, though, so that'll change in time.
I just got to learn to love the genetics I got and keep growing, I'll get to compete one day if I keep at it.

That's it bro. You have a great mindset. And it's just 4 factors to nail down. Training. Eating. Sleeping. Supplementing. There's a ton of great knowledge on this board. I'm basically a huge framed lumberjack guy, I'm not a great source of info. But there are so many seriously knowledgeable guys on this board.

You are lucky, in a sense. Your first years are fast gaining years. These are exciting times for you. Rapid gains will be nice motivation. At least they were for me. My first 3-5 years of serious training got rapid gains. And you will too. Keep pushing, brother.

I personally have never heard of somebody be able to stretch the muscle belly. I have very short bicep muscle belly so my biceps always look smaller and balled up near my shoulder. I've never had huge arms no matter how much I work my chest and my life get big my arms never do

When you're going to compete you need to find a posing coach that can teach you how to do the poses that are mandatory but they will also be able to teach you how to make other muscles stand out when you're in a particular pose. What I mean is if your biceps are weak they will have you stand a certain way to do the mandatory poses but take some of the eye off of the bicep and onto a better part of your body. I've seen bodybuilding competitions where the person that came out of head didn't have the exact same symmetry or size but overall they're posing actually help them win. When posing on stage that is as big if not bigger than your actual physique and winning a competition.

I've seen some big old muscular lugs get on stage and had no idea how to pose how to bend their front leg to make their legs pop when they're doing an upper body double bicep pose. I've seen people with a weak chest doing all muscular pose and they actually look better because their arms and shoulders look better than the other guys even though they were weaker in their chest. Using the right posing coach and a good tanning / bronzing person can make a lot of difference so keep that in mind as you train and get closer to the competition

Well just to get a sense of getting to know If I'm similar in physique, how heavy were you at 17 yrs old?
I do hope I can get 350lbs one day.
But if not I'll just work to get a huge as I can be! Thanks for the encouragement bro, imma definitely look for more advise on here.

Hmm.. 17? Well, that is a complicated question. Haha.. I started out at 17 yrs old being 280lbs. But I joined the Air Force, so I decided go in super lean. By the end of the year I was 190lbs. I went into basic in incredible cardio shape. Not super strong.

When I got back home I was 220lbs.

Truthfully, I'm just a large lumberjack guy. Not a ripped muscle guy like many on this board. My perfect weight is about 280lbs.

So many guys on here know a hundred times more than I know.

Both can look great. Work with what you have.
Actually the long tendon looks good while flexed but thins out when just hanging there. I like the short tendon because it looks good just walking around. Since I don't walk around flexed, I'll take the long muscle belly.
